During breakfast, lunch or dinner, our guests will enjoy local food and drinks surrounded by a unique scenery with unbeatable views of Patagonia.
BUFFET BREAKFAST
Start your day with delicious natural juices and infusions with homemade bread, regional pastry, cheese and cold cuts, yoghurts, a variety of cereals, fruits, traditional cakes and homemade puddings, scrambled eggs with sausages, among other items. For Early Check-Out, you can choose our convenience food service for breakfast.
COUNTRYSIDE LUNCH
This is the most popular choice to live a once- in-a-lifetime countryside experience. After a horseback ride along the sand dunes and the lake banks, lunch will be served at the Yatén Shelter. The star here is the steak, cooked outdoors on a cast-iron disc with sauté vegetables. The menu includes a starter, a dessert and drinks. We will ride back to the Lodge by horse.
LUNCH AND DINNER
Served at La Matera of the Lodge, you will enjoy varied regional dishes prepared by our chef, ranging from meat and fish to stuffed pasta, risotto and salads with ingredients from our organic kitchen garden. You can also accompany your meals with a fine selection of wines and craft beer. And to top your experience, don’t miss out on our delicious desserts.
FINGER FOOD PLATTER
In the evening, after a day full of activities, you will relax in front of an open fire or at the bar of our multi-purpose room. While looking at Lake Viedma with Mount Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre in the background, you will taste a wide range of cheese and cold cuts, which can be paired with freezing beer or wine from our wine cellar.
